• First draft of a custom-written ceremony script

• Personalized questionnaire designed to uncover the moments, memories, and emotions that have shaped your love story

• Second, enhanced draft of your ceremony script—richer, deeper, and more personal

• Final in-person or Zoom walkthrough to ensure every word feels perfect

OFFICIANT WITH WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

The Wedding Coach is pleased to offer clients this comprehensive package where we serve as both Officiant and Wedding Coordinator. This package is designed to provide greater value and continuity. We are able to help you accomplish your vision for both the ceremony and your wedding reception. You will truly appreciate how seamless the planning process will be as all your details will be handled by The Wedding Coach and his team. Let’s get married!

  • Initial meeting, via phone or in person to establish client’s vision

  • Delivery of questionnaire to help design ceremony script

  • Upon completion of questionnaire, a follow-up meeting to clarify vision and craft ceremony script

  • Officiant to perform and lead marriage ceremony

  • Legal filing of marriage license

OFFICIANT WITH REHEARSAL

  • Officiant Package as listed above

  • Officiant attends and oversees the ceremony rehearsal

DAY OF COORDINATOR

You have been able to navigate your way through most of the wedding planning process but now it's time to focus on getting married. The Wedding Coach will step in and assist in making sure all your efforts come to fruition. As your on-site facilitator, it will be our pleasure to coordinate all the details so your walk down the aisle is a clear path to bliss with no distractions.
